Notes:Issued in embossed gatefold sleeve with rounded corners, obi, Japanese lyric/liner-note insert, printed inner sleeve with English lyrics, a billion dollar banknote, and in earliest copies a color poster of Alice.
Inner gatefold has die-cut "money holder" on right side that the folded billion-dollar banknote slides under; the left side has the pocket that holds the vinyl/insert/inner sleeve and has a perforated set of cards with images of each band member, live shots, etc. that can be "punched out" of the cover (and are often missing). See images.
Timings are taken from the Japanese insert & labels and differ slightly from those shown on most other worldwide issues.
