All other recordings & mixing The Cottage, Isle of Jura, Scotland.
Thanks to John Squire for the loan of his beautiful mandolin and to Kate Lithgow for the gift of an early piano recording session at Crear, Argyll. Thank you to Izzy Baker, Owen Cool, Trudie Cox, Ruth Easby and Tristan Stindt. Also to Ross Rozga for the 'Golden' gunshot recording which, in the end, was left to the imagination.
The artwork is taken from an early painting of Jura wild flowers in a vase by my sister Fiona. The painting was created quickly and freely, at the instruction of my father, to brighten up a disused fireplace in the cottage in Jura. It survived for decades through long, damp, uninhabited winters.
